Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Te Connectivity 7012AB parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Honeywell products, including obsoleted and phased-out Branson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Warrick product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Honeywell such as the 63239 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 242225 manufactured by Branson and we are pleased to be able to service most Branson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2F2F4 by Manufacturer Warrick as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Titus Brand D21PS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Warrick such as 1H2E0A equipment made by Warrick have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Warrick products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Warrick" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 771035 made by Nordson as well as the popular 1342D90A01 original spares produced by Westinghouse

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 14828 by Semitool and 1H2E0A spares by Warrick are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1F1E0 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Warrick.
